Q.What currency will I be charged in?
Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) for Indian merchants/developers and USD ($) for international accounts. Transparent monthly and annual rates are listed on our Pricing page with zero hidden charges.
Q.Is my payment information and credit card data secure?
Yes, 100%. FormLynk never collects, views, or stores your sensitive card numbers or CVV. All card data is directly handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant vault with end-to-end 256-bit TLS encryption.
Q.Will I receive a GST-compliant tax invoice?
Yes. Every successful payment generates an official tax invoice containing transaction ID, GSTIN breakdown (where applicable), and billing period. Invoices can be downloaded anytime from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing.
Q.What should I do if money was debited but my plan didn't upgrade?
Payment gateways occasionally take a few moments to sync webhook confirmation. If your account is not upgraded within 10 minutes, our automated reconcile system will either complete the upgrade or trigger an auto-reversal. You can also email support@formlynk.com with your Razorpay Payment ID for instant manual verification.

FormLynk is a 100% cloud-hosted SaaS developer platform. There are zero physical goods or shipping delays. As soon as your Razorpay transaction completes, your account tier, higher submission quotas, custom domains, and webhook capabilities are activated instantly (< 60 seconds).
Q.Where do I access my API keys and form endpoints?
Immediately upon sign-in at app.formlynk.com, you can create new form endpoints, retrieve your unique Form UUIDs, whitelist CORS domains, and configure email/webhook notifications.
Cancellations, Upgrades & Refunds
Q.Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You have complete self-service control. You can cancel your recurring subscription with 1-click in your account dashboard under Settings → Billing. No lock-ins, no cancellation fees.
Q.What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid plan upgrades. If you are unsatisfied with our platform, email support@formlynk.com within 7 days of payment. Verified refunds are initiated within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
Q.What happens to my forms if I downgrade or cancel?
Your existing forms and historical submissions remain safe and accessible. Your plan will transition to our Free Developer tier (50 submissions/month) at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
