1. Our Guarantee
If formlynk is unable to deliver the agreed incorporation services, we will issue a full refund.

2. Conditions

• Refund requests must be made before documents have been submitted to local authorities.
• Once documentation is submitted or incorporation is completed, refunds cannot be provided.

3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@formlynk.com clearly stating your reason.
Each request will be assessed individually and processed within 7 business days.
